Chile de árbol Infused Honey

Chile de árbol (known as an Arbol pepper) is of Mexican descent, has a Scoville value of 30,000, and is similar to the Jalapeño and Cayenne peppers.  The Chile de árbol Infused Honey is simply sweet with a kick of heat! Use this fun flavor to make easy appetizers like drizzling it over cheeses such as Parmesan, Camembert, or fresh Mozzarella. For seafood fans, brush on grilled shrimp, scallops, and more just before removing from the heat. Create a delicious salad dressing:  2 Tbsp Chile de árbol Infused Honey + 2 tsp soy sauce + 1 Tbsp sesame oil + 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Then, toss with greens, grilled chicken, and Asian noodles. Another way to party with your Arbol Honey is to saute or roast fresh green beans or asparagus and toss with the honey before serving.
